Maplewood Manor is a charming high-rise apartment community for seniors 55 and older.  We are conveniently located across from Irons Park, adjacent to the Little League ball fields, close to main street and downtown Victorian West Branch.  The walking trail from the park wraps around our building. Each apartment home features a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and wall-unit air conditioning. They also have emergency pull cords installed in the bathroom and bedroom. Public transit bus service is available to pick you up and drop you back off right at our front door.  In our beautiful community room, we have monthly potlucks and weekly coffee and doughnuts.  We also have weekly Game Day and bi-weekly Bingo.  Our Media Room offers a computer, puzzles, books, CD's, and VHS movies for resident enjoyment.  Management is on-site 7 days a week.  Our maintenance department is available during business hours and after hours for emergency maintenance.
